1.There is a problem with my order. What do I do?

2.How can I track my shipment?

Once we have shipped out your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a UPS tracking number. Click the tracking number to link to the order’s shipment status. UPS can take a few hours from the point of scanning in the package for it to update online.

3.How secure is my personal information?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.Your credit card info mation is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored

4.What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment  Paypal.

5.How quickly will my order ship out?

Our processing time is usually 3-4 business days from the time you place your order. Please allow 1-6 business days within the US. International orders are shipped via UPS international and can vary in delivery times depending on the location. UPS international shipping is available to select countries. All shipping options will be shown at checkout.
